Terms of Service

Customer is responsible for:

  • properly using dumpster
  • not loading to exceed the top of dumpster walls
  • not exceeding weight limits
  • not disposing of prohibited materials
  • providing access for dumpster for delivery and pick up

Customer is liable for:

  • damage to dumpster or property damage caused by their use
  • fees for improper disposal
  • pass through charges from Landfill
  • exceeding weight limits
  • any fees associated with placement of dumpster

Morgan Oaks Roll-Offs is not liable for:

  • damage to customers property during delivery, swap or pick up

Our driver will call or text for placement directions. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide clear placement directions. If our driver is unable to place our dumpster due to an inability to get in contact with the customer, a DRY RUN fee could be charged. If our driver does not have unobstructed access to our dumpster to complete a pick up, a DRY RUN fee could be charged.

A deposit will be assessed that must be paid prior to delivery of the dumpster via an active Visa or Mastercard.
