Rental Terms
- Payment is due upon delivery of the roll-off container via credit card, cash, or check.
- The rental of the container includes one-time disposal contents.
- Customers must notify us 24 hours before pickup is needed (unless the date is set up ahead of time during the delivery).
- Any overage of the weight limit, relocation of the roll-off container, or use of unapproved materials in the container will result in additional charges.
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for damage to driveways or lawns when the container is set as instructed by the homeowner or contractor.
- Disclaimer of damages: The customer is liable for any repair or replacement cost if damage occurs to the roll-off during the rental period.
