Roll-Off Truck Driver
Roll-off truck drivers safely operate a Class-A or Class-B hook-lift truck while providing prompt, safe, and efficient service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a roll-off truck around the Des Moines metro and surrounding locations.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Safely operate a heavy-duty truck on designated routes and at the disposal site.
- Operate manual and automatic transmissions.
- Interact with customers, dispatchers, and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor condition of assigned equipment and report repairs to supervisor.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- Responsible for taking care of equipment.
- Maintain a team player attitude.
Qualifications:
- CDL A (preferred)
- CDL B with air brakes (preferred)
- We will train the right candidate to achieve the above license requirements.
